Research Interests:
With a core interest in single molecule and cellular biophysics, our research emphasizes the development and application of novel combinatorial microscopies to map the real-time spatial and temporal characterization of protein-protein interactions. We are particularly interested in protein-protein and protein-membrane interactions using super-resolution techniques and computational approaches with a specific focus on membrane receptor association and protein aggregation.
