Stroke and Biomaterials featured in Episode 2 of Stem Cells, Inked

Our second installment in the Stem Cells, Inked series, features Samantha Payne from the Molly Shoichet lab at the University of Toronto and her use of the hydrogel HAMC as a cell delivery system for the treatment of stroke. The series is produced by OIRM and animated by Sciconic Media. Those selected for production are involved in the entire process, from initial idea pitch, to script-writing and storyboarding, to filming and audio recording, and input on animation sequences, thereby giving them first-hand experience in filmmaking and science communications.
